Spring Break thus far...
Nothing super special has happened yet. Monday I goofed off too long on the computer, surfing forums and doing Heroics in WoW till the early AM. Then Tuesday I woke up late with a killer headache which persisted and was quite debilitating so I had to call out the shift I picked up (which makes me feel bad but there wasn't much I could do, I would have been a ball of agony at work all night). I then proceeded to take a decent nap, woke up and felt a bit better.
I then ventured to play a little more WoW and did some 2v2 Arenas with a Frost Mage friend of mine. Our team name is CHARMANDAS since both our names are Amanda, and our icon is a Panda.... isn't that adorable of us? We came to the realization that we suck at 2v2, but after dragging our default 1500 rating down to 1300 (you lose/win about 14-18 points a game depending on the opposing team's ranking) we finally got some synergy going (or some really crappy adversaries) and clawed our way back up to 1500. Hurray for CHARMANDAS! I got to bed that night surprisingly easy and woke up very late, with a bit of residual head-achy-ness. Advil and food helped with that. I then decided to go down to Harvard and get some nice dinner for myself at Rendang's and get some studying done. I didn't get as much done as I would like but the atmosphere and a little help from the beats of Armin Van Buuren allowed me to concentrate. I got some article reading done for my paper on Plato's Meno done and a bit more of a idea of what I am going to write about.
The Descartes paper I am still scared to write. Stupid Dualists.
Then I went to the COOP and got a neat useful little SparkNotes card on Latin Grammer (beats flipping through my book constantly) and a copy of Xenophon's Anabasis which I have been meaning to read forever. Eventually it will get read, like all my other books. Maybe once these damn papers are done and I've caught up with all my Locke and readings for Women in Rome. MAYBE!
